Is there any chances for us to customize or select who to notify when automation hitting error. Currently only send to the creator of the automation.

For example, who should receive the error notification in your workflow — the space admin, another teammate, a team email address, or someone responsible for maintaining the automation?
This will help us better understand the request and evaluate how this should be handled.

Sure. Because in our Teable databases we will create a lot of automations and we might working on different time or maybe sometimes one of us will missed the notifications from the automation failure and we need to solve it immediately to prevent inconvenient causes. So, if possible we would like to request that the failure notification from the automation can be received by all the users from our Teable workspace. Thank you!

Thanks for the detailed feedback on this.
We talked through this internally and landed on keeping it as-is — whoever manages the automation owns the failure notifications.
That said, a workaround that might help: add a final step in your automation with a condition check, and if something’s off, send an email to whoever you want. Ask an AI to write that step based on your automation logic — it’s quick to set up.
