Kanban created records not showing in appropriate group/column

I created my Kanban view and sorted my data using the single select field [e.g., To Do, In Progress, Done].

Now every time I create a record in a specific column/group [clicking the + button at the bottom of the desired column/group, e.g., To Do], instead of automatically assigning the single select value of that column/group, it brings the record to the uncategorized column/group.

Yes, that’s exactly the issue. I’ve reproduced it on my side as well. Creating a record from a specific Kanban column should automatically assign the corresponding single select value, but currently it falls into the uncategorized group instead.
