Can we decrease our seat count later if our team gets smaller?
Currently, reducing seat count is only supported for the Cloud edition.
For Self‑Hosted licenses, once a license key is issued, it cannot be modified or downgraded due to technical constraints in our licensing system. We appreciate your understanding.
Is it possible to revert to the free version because we dont use the pro features and cannot afford more than 1 seat which i mistook for 1 server.
