Keep one contact per row, with Email, Subject, Body, and Send status. Write the emails yourself or ask Teable AI to draft them from each contact’s details.
To set this up manually, have an automation get the records ready to send, then loop Send Email over them. Use each row’s email, subject, and body. Under Custom email server → Add config, enter your SMTP settings and sending address.

Set up bulk outreach from my Gmail account using the Outreach table. Send a separate email for each Ready record, using its Email, Subject, and Body. Mark it Sent after a successful send.
Follow the prompts to connect your account, then send a test to yourself before starting the batch. Your email provider’s sending limits still apply.
