How do I add more seats to my self‑hosted Teable Pro license?

  1. Open License Settings

    • Go to Settings → License or visit https://app.teable.io/setting/license.

  2. Adjust the Seat Count

    • Change the number of seats from your current total (e.g., 6) to the new total you need (e.g., 8).

  3. Review Prorated Pricing

    • Teable automatically prorates the cost and shows the exact price difference before you confirm.

  4. Confirm & Pay

    • Complete the checkout flow. Your new license certificate is generated instantly and applied without downtime.

  5. Start using the extra seats

    • The additional seats are available right away. Simply invite new users or assign the seats as needed.

  6. Can we later reduce the seat count if our team shrinks?

    • Currently, reducing (shrinking) seat count is only supported for the Cloud edition.
    • For Self‑Hosted licenses, once a license key is issued, it cannot be modified or downgraded due to technical constraints in our licensing system. We appreciate your understanding.
