Hello Teable Support,
I am Tarun, owner of MindCraft Tennis Academy in India. I am evaluating Teable for an internal academy management system that will store training and fitness data of minor students (ages 8–17). Parents will have login access to view only their own child’s data.
I need written confirmation on two critical points before I can proceed:
-
MINORS’ DATA: Does Teable’s terms of service permit an academy in India to store training data of minors (under 18) with verifiable parental consent as per India’s DPDP Act? If yes, please confirm in writing. If no, please state clearly.
-
RECORD-LEVEL ISOLATION: Can the App Builder on the Pro plan ($13/seat) enforce parent-specific record isolation (Parent A can see ONLY Student A, and absolutely no other student’s data) WITHOUT the Authority Matrix feature? Or is the Business plan required for this level of row-level security? Please confirm which plan is necessary.
I need your response in writing (email preferred) so I can keep it on record. My email is: [YOUR EMAIL HERE]
Thank you.
