# How do I send outreach emails in bulk from my own email account through Teable?

“My contacts are already in Teable. How do I send each person a different outreach email from my own account?”

Keep one contact per row, with **Email, Subject, Body, and Send status**. Write the emails yourself or ask **Teable AI** to draft them from each contact’s details.

To set this up manually, have an automation get the records ready to send, then loop **Send Email** over them. Use each row’s email, subject, and body. Under **Custom email server → Add config** , enter your SMTP settings and sending address.

Or ask Teable AI:

> Set up bulk outreach from my Gmail account using the Outreach table. Send a separate email for each Ready record, using its Email, Subject, and Body. Mark it Sent after a successful send.

Follow the prompts to connect your account, then send a test to yourself before starting the batch. Your email provider’s sending limits still apply.
