# Count the cells with data when highlighted

show the number of cell highlighted

## Your use case

In Grid view, we often will highlight to see if how many data to see the count in excel. I hope this feature will also available; Count the cells with data when highlighted in grid view. so that user can easily know the number of cells highlighted by referring to the bottom right corner.

Hi @tbun , this feature is already supported.

When you select a range of cells, the selection statistics (including **Filled** cell count, Average, and Sum) will automatically appear in the bottom-right corner.
